Mr. Dixon is a co-author of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's Right-of-Way manual, 2002 Edition.

Charles Dixon has appeared as an expert witness with court testimony in United States Bankruptcy Court, Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut;  Connecticut Superior Court; and various Boards of View.
